Your Role
Today we are an international team of 25+ people from around the world. Due to our growth, international presence, and operating in an ever-changing regulatory environment we are expanding our team to strengthen our regulatory and compliance competence. As Regulatory & Compliance Manager, you will be working in an open, high-energy and international environment and be overall responsible for compliance and regulatory at Creandum. You will form part of the Operations Team, working closely with legal and finance functions and report directly to Creandum’s Operating Partner. You will be based in our office in central Stockholm.
You will...
…be overall responsible for regulatory and compliance matters in an international context, in particular:
structure, develop, and manage the firm’s compliance programme including analyzing, drafting and implementation of policies and procedures;
design and perform appropriate internal compliance training, control activities and reporting;
provide advice and support in regulatory aspects of the fundraising activities,
in collaboration with colleagues from legal and operations, set forth the ESG strategy;
as Regulatory & Compliance Manager ensure implementation of the ESG strategy.

Qualifications:
University degree (or similar) preferably in Law.
At least 5 years of experience from a regulatory/supervisory environment or from a consultancy firm working with compliance towards the finance industry (where experience from alternative investment funds is a strong advantage).
Experience from working across multiple jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
